After creating and verifying your account, go to New Scan from the dashboard. Enter your target URL (e.g. https://example.com), select a scan type, and click Start Scan. Results appear within 30 seconds to a few minutes depending on scan depth.
Quick scans check headers, SSL/TLS configuration, and the root URL — ideal for a rapid health check (~30s). Full scans crawl the entire site and test for OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. Deep scans run an exhaustive audit including active exploitation tests, and are reserved for Pro and Enterprise subscribers.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, use the Resend Verification Email button on the verification notice page. If you still don't receive it within 5 minutes, contact us at support@mulikascans.com and we'll manually verify your account.
You may only scan systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Scanning systems without authorisation may violate computer crime laws in your jurisdiction. MulikaScans logs all scan targets and cooperates with law enforcement investigations. By using the platform, you confirm you have the right to scan the targets you submit.
On the Sign In page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. We'll send a reset link valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@mulikascans.com within 7 days of a charge.
